RSD Email Guidelines

In order to keep your e-mail ad or message within legal guidlines, the ad must contain all of the following four elements:

1. Headline that makes it clear the mailing is an advertisement

2. Valid, working return e-mail address

3. Valid mailing address

4. Instructions for removing their e-mail from future mailings

We recommend that you send a text message in favor of an HTML document that could be blocked by some e-mail readers or target's e-mail settings.

Although RADIO ONLINE e-mails every address in our database once each quarter for verification, 1-5% may bounce back as well as auto-responders.
